row, slam, run, repeat








Thursday we had the return of the row, ball slam, run workout.  It is agreed that this workout is one that really takes you to the edge of your comfort level and for some way beyond.
Strength was:

2 warm-up sets
then 

5 rounds
3 push press
8 ring rows

3 rounds

row 250 meters
20 ball slams
sprint

rest 3 minutes between rounds
