Push press 1 rep max





Thursday we saw a lot of pr's set on the push press.  Great job everyone!

Strength: 

2 warm-up sets of 5

then

3-2-2-1-1-1
push press

with

10 - cross chop to halo

Workout was:

5 rounds

3 - turkish get-ups
6 - plank rows
10 - weighted push-ups
