Oh Mickey your so fine

Saturday was our first theme workout ever.  Can you guess what it was?  80's baby!  The guys took short shorts to a new level!  A time warp hit the gym and everyone was enveloped by legwarmers, leotards and headbands.  How did they ever workout in that stuff anyway?  Thank goodness for the invention of breathable fabric.  Thanks to everyone that participated, fun was had by all!


















Workout was:

partner workout
row 1000 meters

then

ladder 10-1
heavy med ball cleans
kb swings
ring rows

finish with a 
2 minute ring hold
