Not a partner workout....

I know....it looked an awful lot like a partner workout when you walked in and saw the whole thing written out on the board....another one of our power endurance workouts.  Nice job to everyone!  





Warm Up:
3x 
goblet squat - 10
hand 2 hand swing - 20
turkish get up - 3 each side


Workout:
row 1000m
50 pushups
25 mountain climbers (each leg)
25 2-hand swings 
leg circuit
50 situps 
25 mountain climbers (each leg)
25 2-hand swings 
leg circuit
50 russian twists (each side)
25 pull ups
25 2-hand swings
leg circuit
run 2 laps
