Lunch Time Class Coming Soon!

Starting next week (April 7th) we will be offering a lunch time class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-12:45pm coached by Marcus Donaldson.  We've added it to the schedule, so you can begin signing up now.  







Warm Up:

band walks
band squats
monster walk
lunge walk
little skip
big skip
bear crawl
frog hop
inch worm



Skill:

3-4 rounds
kettlebell snatch - 5 each arm
1 leg deadlift - 5 each leg
1 arm kettlebell overhead squat - 5 each side


Workout:

Partner workout
6 rounds at each station
15 seconds on:  15 seconds off

Station 1:
ring rows
push ups

Station 2:
jingle jangle
mountain climbers

Station 3:
rope snaps
2 hand swing

Station 4:
power wheel crawl
power wheel leg curls

rest 75 seconds between stations
