Congratulations to Jenn, Jeff and Mark who made it through their first week of class. They all attended 3 consecutive classes and are hopefully resting up today getting ready for Saturday mornings class. Tonight we had a good long warm-up followed by some freeplay on the rings. Everyone got a chance to try try out different movements on the rings and row 1 hard 500 meter row. The workout that followed was:
4 rounds
5 squat thrust/burpees
10 one arm swings (each side)
15 sit-ups
20 squats
