words of wisdom



Here's some sage advice from the father of fitness, Jack LaLanne


Tonight before the WOD everyone did 5 sets of 5 deadlifts trying to increase the load each set:
Workout was:

3 rounds

40 sec on/ 20 sec off

jump rope
frog hops
jack knife
swimmers
hand to hand swings
overhead walk
