My camera ran out of power just as class was starting but I did manage to capture some of the pull-up, push-up action on video. Enjoy!
Thursday we ran two different workouts. Am and Pm class did four rounds of max pull-ups and max push-ups. 10:00 am did a partner ladder workout with wall ball, box jumps and ring rows.
Workout was:
4 rounds
max set of pull-ups
followed immediately by a max set of push-ups
rest 3 minutes between rounds
