A little post workout recovery
Saturday we warmed up with some dynamic flexibility drills and then worked on ring dips and pistols. Thanks to Kofi, Lee and Kyle for joining us for their first group workout. They all did a great job!
Workout was:
4 rounds
1 minute at each station with a running clock
dumbbell thrusters 30 lbs males/ 20 lbs females
slam ball
two hand kettlebell swings
rest 3 minutes between stations
