1 Rep Max Deadlift












Yesterday was the final day of our deadlift cycle.  We worked up to our 1 Rep Max.  There were some huge gains in strength and so many PRs!  I'll try to list them all; please forgive me if I missed someone!

paired with 8 cross chops to halos

Rings:  Muscle Ups, pole vaulters, skin the cat, dips
Handstands
Powerwheel
