It was another intense Power Endurance WOD.  

Warm Up:

15- 2 hand swings
75- jump rope

Workout:

50 pushups
25 - 2 hand swings
leg circuit
25 pull ups
50 situps
25 - 2 hand swings
leg circuit
50 russian twist
50 mountain climbers
25 - 2 hand swings
leg circuit
