Thursday in group we worked on some basic skills and did wall squats, plate squats, kettlebell snatch practice and partner kettlebell drills. Everyone seemed to enjoy the opportunity for skill work and we saw huge improvement in quality of movement. Stay tuned for more!
Workout was:
2 rounds
run a lap
20 ball slams
15 snatch or hi-pull each arm
15 double unders
15 push-ups
