deadlift x 3





Here's Melissa setting a new pr of 270 lbs x 3!!




A little post workout nap never hurt anyone!

Friday was deadlift and skill day. It was a great opportunity for individuals to choose a few things that have been challenging them and spend some time playing around and refining their skills.  Next week we will be finding our 1 rep max!   

Workout was:

2 warm-up set of 5

then

5 rounds of

3 deadlifts
8 cross chop to halo

work on:

handstands
front levers
pull-ups/muscle-ups
double unders
power wheel crawls
