Monday we had a good turnout in the gym considering the weather. It's so fun to see everyone in their winter gear. After the warm-up it didn't take long for those hats and scarves to come off!
Skill was:
6 rounds
5 - double kettlebell clean and press
5 -weighted pull-ups
8 - cross chop to halo
Workout was:
5 rounds
partner workout
1 minute of rowing for calories
1 minute of ball slams
combine total calories rowed and number of ball slams for score
