2 minute workout



After we warmed up we worked on the dumbbell snatch then did   5 sets of 5 dumbbell thrusters.  

Workout was:

2 minutes at each station to do max

pushups
pull-ups
kettlebell swings
distance row

Try to get as many repetitions as possible in the 2 minute time period.
