3-2-1 go fast now!






I finally managed to capture the bear crawl races that Todd and Jeff so like to engage in.  Here is a little video I put together from yesterday's workouts.  Enjoy the show!

Workout was:

how many rounds in 20 minutes?

5 dumbbell or kettlebell snatches (each arm)
10 one hand swings (each arm)
15 ball slams
