Happy birthday Liz!

Happy birthday Liz!  Thanks for sharing your birthday with us all!

Today was a partner workout and thanks to everyone for braving the heat and coming out to join us!  Thanks to Liz and Lisa for feeding the troops after workout with some yummy fruit and bagels!  Great job to Amie, Kasey, Katie, Morgan and Katrina on their first workouts!

Workout was:

row 1000 meters
medicine ball partner passes around the block
50 med ball sit-ups
100 two hand kettlebell swings
100 ball slams
100 push ups
100 sumo deadlift high pull
100 jumping pull-ups

only one person can work at a time and you must divide the reps equally between partners
