Partner workout

I wanted to take a minute to give kudos to Deb.  She broke her wrist on vacation and came in the Tuesday after and hasn't missed a workout since!  She has been very consistent with her workouts and when her cast comes off she'll be in better shape than before her injury!  Keep up the great work!

Congratulations to Devon and Jenn on their 40 lb push presses x 5!

Workout was:

Partner workout

row 1000 meters
med ball passes around the block
100 one hand kettlebell swings
overhead kettlebell walks 4 trips
50 ring rows
100 wall ball

only one person can work at a time 
divide the reps equally between the two partners
