Memorial Day Schedule

Here's Jenn who's getting multiple pull-ups!  She got her first one just last week and is now pumping out 3 at a time!

Welcome to Courtney who did an 83 pound thruster her first workout!

In observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 26 we will be offering two classes.

9:00 am
10:00 am 

You can come in early, get your workout out of the way and then enjoy the rest of what will hopefully be a beautiful day!  Hope to see you then!

Monday in group we warmed up with pass thrus, overhead squats, spiderman, get-up sit ups and ring rows.  For strength we did 7 sets of 3 thrusters trying to increase the load each set.

workout was:

3 rounds

row 3 minutes
20 push-ups

rest 3 minutes in between rounds

Great job to Julie, Sean, and John B who all rowed new personal records during the rowing portion of the workout!
