4 times around the block

Wednesday night we warmed up with kettlebells and then spent some time working on dips, handstands and lateral swings on the rings.  

workout was:

4 rounds

run 450 meters
15 one arm swings or snatches (each arm)

Today's WOD will be Fran so I thought that I would include a video of Greg and Annie from CrossFit headquarters doing the workout.  Enjoy!
