Taking it overhead

Monday we started with some strength work, 5 sets of 5 overhead squats. 

Workout was:

run 450 meters
dumbbell clean and split jerk
finish up with a 450 meter run

Here is an post from Marks Daily Apple about items that are marketed to us as organic, healthy, natural, low calorie, whole grain, lean, blah, blah, blah.  Don't be fooled by good advertising.  Take a look at labels and if possible avoid processed, packaged food altogether.  At the end of the day a low calorie brownie is still a brownie.   Top 10 junk foods in disguise
