Jump it!

Before the WOD we did a strength set of push presses.  Warm up with 2 sets of 5 then 5 work sets of 3 reps each.  Try to increase the load each set.

Monday we saw a visit from "Curtis P".  It's a move we adopted from Rob Shaul of Mountain athlete.  Everyone found it to be a very challenging move.  One rep consists of a hang squat clean, a lunge on each leg and ends ends with a push press.  Try it today!

Workout was:

3-5 rounds of each set

Set 1
10 goblet squats
5x - shuttle run

Set 2
5 curtis P's
broad jump
