I've got skills you don't even know about

Wednesday was skill night.  We didn't do any metcon for time but did trisets of work.  It was a challenging workout and everyone got to work on their technique and form.  

Workout was:

triset A 

5 rounds
 turkish get ups - 3 each side
double kettlebell front squat - 10
overhead med ball carry

rest 1 minute between rounds

triset B

5 rounds
1 arm kettlebell clean and press - 5 each side
10 knees to elbows
shuttle run - 5 x
