4 classes and counting

Okay, you asked for it, here it is.  Four new classes will be added to the schedule effective Monday, September 22nd.  

Tuesday & Thursday 8:45 am
Friday 10:00
Saturday new class and times
8:00, 9:15 and 10:00 am





Friday we warmed up with a med ball complex and then did a strength circuit. 

Strength:

2 warm-up sets then

5 rounds

3 deadlifts
5 cross chop to halo
5 spiderman

Workout was:

3 rounds

run a lap
10 knees to elbows
20 ball slams
