It's a Grind

Okay everyone.  Here is a gentle reminder about class cancellations.  You can cancel a class up to 6 hours before class, anything after that is considered a late cancellation.  We understand that things come up and schedules change but if you don't think you're going to make it please try to cancel early so that others can register for classes. Thanks!

Wednesday in class we the workout was at your own pace, not for time.  

3-5 rounds of each set

Set A
double kettlebell clean and press
med ball half moon
15 wall ball

rest 1 minute between sets

Set B
row 250 meters
15 kettlebell swings
3 turkish get-ups each side

rest 1 minute between sets
