Thursday in group we warmed up with a few kettlebell complexes and then for skill worked on handstands/handstand push-ups, pistols, and ring rows.
Workout was:
3 rounds
run a lap
10 knees to elbows
15 ball slams
heavy med ball chest carry length of driveway
