It was great fun having Chantel visit us Friday while she was in town from San Diego. Chantel was one of the first clients we ever had at the gym and we were sad to see her go when she moved down south. Be sure to drop in whenever your in town!

8 - bear crawl
100 lunges
8 - heavy med ball chest carry
200 - jump ropes
100 - ring rows
row 1000 meters
Only one partner can work at a time. Divide the reps equally between the two.
