Little bit of this...







Thursday we focused on core movements and worked in three groups going through 2 exercises at a time.  We got a lot of volume in and was able to focus on technique and form.

Workout was:

3-5 rounds of each set

Set A
3 turkish get-ups
sprint to corner and back

Set B
10 cross chops
1 minute of kb swings

Set C
10 power wheel roll outs
row 250 meters

Just a reminder that there is no class Saturday due to the Mountain Athlete Seminar.
