catch the wave






We had fun playing with some new toys Friday during group class.  We warmed up with some ladder drills and med ball partner sit-ups.

For strength
2 warm up sets
then
5x5
deadlift

workout was:

Group A
row 1000 meters for time

Group B
45 seconds of work/15 seconds of rest
battling ropes
jump rope

Group C
power wheel 

Just a reminder that there is no class scheduled next Saturday the 13th due to the Mountain Athlete Seminar.  Get outdoors while the weather is still good and play!
