45 seconds of work







Tuesday in group class we warmed up with some pass thrus, overhead squats and jumprope.  For skill we worked on dips, double kettlebell clean and squat and get-up sit-ups.

Workout was:

45 seconds of work/15 seconds of rest

med ball clean
broad jump
shuttle run
hand to hand swing
l-sit

rest 90 seconds between sets
