pull-ups are contagious

There have been pull-up sightings all over the gym this week.  Congratulations to Erin and Sara on getting their first pull-ups and to Rebecca for going from 1 - 10 in just two weeks!  

Workout was:

4 rounds

1 minute at each station with a running clock

dumbbell thrusters
kettlebell swings
ball slams
side to side hurdle jumps
sumo deadlift high pull

rest 3 minutes between rounds
