Mr. Spectacular







Tuesday night we introduced a new exercise that we got from Rob Shaul at the Mountain Athlete seminar this weekend.  You start with a double kettlebell clean, walk out to a push up  walk back in with straight legs and do it again.  A big thanks again to Rob for some great new exercises and inspiration!

We also started working on dead hang or negative pull-ups for skill.  Kudos to Melissa and cupcake Jami for both getting their first dead hang pull-ups!

Workout was:

4 rounds

45 seconds of work/ 15 seconds of rest

mr spectacular
battling ropes
shuttle run
jumping pull-up
bear crawl
ring hold

rest 90 seconds between rounds
