Get your turkish up






For group we warmed up with some pass thrus and overhead squats and then we went around the block with partner med ball passes.  For skill we worked on turkish get-ups, med ball cleans, dips and jacknifes.

Workout was:

run 450 meters
then
21-15-9
kettlebell swings
push-ups
squats
finish up with
450 meter run
