Thrusters!



Tonight we warmed up with some dynamic flexibility movements and introduced the double kettlebell rack walk.  Take two kettlebells hold them in the rack position keep them close to your body and go for a walk.  For strength we did 5 sets of 5 thrusters increasing the weight each time. 

Workout was 

3 rounds

500 meter row 
rest 3 minutes between sets
