pull your own weight (and then some)

You can weight your pull-ups by holding a dumbbell between your ankles

or adding a weight vest

Congratulations to Devon who pulled out 2 pull-ups with a 30 pound vest on!  Wow!


Tonight we warmed up with weighted pull-ups/band pull-ups, ring dips, and jacknifes.  We upped the difficulty level by adding extra weight to those with full pull-ups.

Workout was:

how many rounds in 20 minutes

10 1 arm swings (each arm)
10 kb clean and front squat (left arm)
10 kb clean and front squat (right arm)
