Partner Up!




Today for class we warmed up with some kettlebell drills and then teamed up in pairs for the workout.  Thanks to all the new folks that joined us today!  You all did a great job!

Partner workout:

50 pull-ups
row 1000 meters
50 box jumps
100 push press
100 2 hand swings
100 d-ball squats

Partners divide the repetitions between them and only one person can be working at a time!
