row, slam, run



Jenn shows that you don't need fancy workout clothes to do a little strength training. 
 Pretty fancy for push pressing though!





John brought in his slosh pipe and some of the 6:30 pm crew gave it a try. It's a 48 lb pipe filled with water, so trying to keep it balanced and stable takes a tremendous amount of core strength.

Monday we warmed up with a med ball complex and did a strength circuit of push presses.  The workout was short and sweet with a total working time of about 6-9 minutes.  
That's a lot of bang for the buck!

Workout was:

Warm-up:
med ball complex

Strength:
2 warm-up sets then
5x5 push press
try to increase the load each set

WOD:
3 rounds

row 250 meters
20 ball slams
sprint to the corner and back

rest 3 minutes between rounds
