3-2-1- rotate!!

Tuesday for group our skill session focused on ring dips and kettlebell hi-pulls and snatches.  For workout we did a timed circuit with 45 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.

Workout was:

4 rounds

40 seconds on/20 seconds off

renegade lunge
hand to hand swings
side to side jumps
kettlebell clean and press (left)
kettlebell clean and press (right)
superplank
