Just one kettlebell

Congratulations to Liz and Lisa on completing the Harvest Century ride on Sunday.   They finished the 103 mile course in 7 hours!  Great job!

Monday we started with a strength set of front squats paired with dead hang or jumping negative pull-ups.

Workout was:

5 rounds

5 - one arm swings
5- one arm hi-pull/snatch
5- one arm clean and press
5- reverse lunges
5 - one arm thrusters

one round = 25 reps on your left hand and 25 reps on your right hand.
