hanging around












Saturday means a crowd and what better for a crowd than a partner workout!  Before the workout we did  a strength circuit of kettlebell push presses paired with ring push-ups.  Great job to Nadine, Melissa and Jenn H for push pressing the 45 lb kettlebell!

Workout was: 

partner workout

100 - dumbbell snatches
run a lap
100 forward/100 backwards - jump rope
 100 - sdhp
100 - jumping pull ups
run a lap
100 forward/100 backwards - jump rope
2 minute ring hold
row 1000 meters

Only one partner can work at a time.  Divide the reps equally between partners
