We are very excited to announce that we have added a workshop with Steve Maxwell on Saturday, November 8th from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. No experience is necessary for this workshop and will focus on the basics of kettlebell lifting. Cost for the seminar is $250.00. You can register online or drop me an email if you are interested! Here is a short clip of Steve in action!

Friday we started with a strength circuit of 5 med ball cleans or double kettlebell clean and front squats paired with 10 knees to elbows. The workout was short but very cardio-vascularly
intensive.
