Chip away







Wednesday we did a chipper for workout.  

Workout was:

row 500 meters
50 dumbbell thrusters
50 kettlebell swings
50 jump squats
50 push-ups
50 lunges
50 sit-ups
50 jumping pull-ups
run a lap


Looking to add some more nuts into your diet?  There are lots of ways to get the health benefits that nuts offer besides munching on them as a snack, add them to salads, stir frys or even try making a tasty milk out of them!
