Here are some great recipes for the definitive symbol of Fall:
We all get in a rut and eat the same foods over and over again. Try something new every week, there is a whole world of tasty and great for you food out there waiting to be discovered. Yum!








Wednesday was a grind day.  Nothing was for time but we worked on getting in some good volume and improving skills.

Workout was:

warm-up
3 rounds
5 curtis p's
10 push-ups

Complete each set 4 times before moving on to next set

Set A
10 double kettlebell front squats
8 jump squats
30 yd tire drag
rest 1 minute

Set B
5 get-up sit ups
row 250 meters
rest 1 minute

Set C
power wheel crawl up and back
10 power wheel pull-ins
rest 1 minute
