how low can you go?









Great job to Melissa for front squatting 180 pounds yesterday!  Yikes!!!


strength was:

2 warm-up sets of 5 
then
5 rounds

3-front squats
5 spiderman

workout was:

run a lap

then

21-15-9

dumbbell hang squat clean
push jerk
push-ups
