Monday night we did a strength circuit of front squats paired with dead hang pull-ups. For those that couldn't do dead hangs, we worked on jumping negative pull-ups.
Workout consisted of Curtis P's, a dumbbell hang squat clean with a lunge on each leg followed by a push press. These get you tired fast and everyone did a great job getting through the workout.
Workout was:
21-15-9
Curtis P's
2 hand kettlebell swings
