maxed out!

Thursday we tried a slightly different format for the workout.  After warm-up we did 30 seconds on/30 seconds off of kettlebell swings for 7 minutes.  

Workout was:

3 rounds

max pull-ups
max push-ups
rest 3 minutes between rounds


6 rounds

30 seconds on/30 seconds off

shuttle run

We saw some amazing improvement in max pull-ups and push-ups!  This was the first time Amanda and Laura Heath used kipping pull ups for a max effort attempt,  Amanda did 8 and Laura did 9, new pr's on the board for both of them!  Great job!
