As most of you know by now I indulge my farmstead fantasies by growing veggies in my backyard. I have gone a bit overboard, but anyone with 4 square feet of sunny soil can do the same and grow their own fresh produce! There is an amazing satisfaction that comes with eating food you grow yourself. Since the price of food has been skyrocketing in the last year now is a great time to discover your green thumb and get planting!

Thursday was a grind day so did three different couplets.
Workout was:
4-5 rounds of each couplet
Set A
10 deadlifts
2 sprints up and down the driveway
rest 1 minute
Set B
6 get up sit-ups (each side)
6 burpees
rest 1 minute
Set C
6 ring rows
2 overhead double kettlebell carries
rest 1 minute
