Sorry about the lack of a post yesterday, real life got in the way of the blog.
I think you all know that our very own Sean and Shirley will be racing in the Portland Marathon tomorrow. As it's been well documented Sean hopes to finish in 4:29, that's the amount of time it took Oprah to finish her marathon. Hope you guys have a great time and Sean, we all hope you beat the Oprah line.
Here's one last bit of advice:
Slow and steady wins the race

Thursday we did the benchmark workout "Helen" for the WOD. We had lots of new pr's set today.
Workout was:
3 rounds
run 450 meters
21 kettlebell swings
12 pull-ups or 24 jumping pull-ups
