Here's Joel on May 29th

Joel after class this Saturday.  

We wanted to take a moment to congratulate Joel on the amazing progress he has made since starting with us in May.  He's lost 30 pounds, looks great, moves better and recovers from the workouts much faster.  Thanks for being such a inspiration to us all and keep up the great work!

Saturday we teamed up for a partner workout.  Thanks to everyone that came out to join us!  Hope you had fun!

Workout was:

med ball around the block
8 - bear crawl
200 - jump rope
100 - 2 hand kettlebell swings
8 - heavy med ball carries
200 - jump ropes
100 - med ball sit-up passes
100 - ring push-ups 

Only one person can work at a time.  Divide the reps equally between partners.
