Slam it!!









Monday we started with a strength circuit and then did a quick partner workout.

Workout was:

strength circuit

2 warm up sets
then
5 sets of

3 - front squat
5 - dead hang pull-ups
8 - cross chop to halos

workout was:

5 rounds

1 minute of rowing for calories
1 minute of ball slams
